Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preferences.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to a printing or manufacturing error
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items with no defect or damage
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"

Cancellations

Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, your order is already in production and cannot be cancelled.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
